    • Burrata, beetroot carpaccio, toasted pistachio and greens

    • Spiced butternut squash soup, finished with chili oil

    • Beef empanada with chimichurri sauce served on a bed of salad

    • Slow cooked Persian lamb finished with pomegranate molasses served with spiced cous cous and seasonal greens

    • Confit duck served with mash, beans stew and savoy cabbage

    • Mediterranean Chicken (olives, capers and dates), mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

    • Asian marinated salmon served with crushed potatoes and seasonal greens

    • Pork tenderloin stuffed with prunes, roasted apples and jus, served with dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal greens

    • Stuffed aubergine with spiced dahl (V)

    • Stuffed Butternut squash with mixed beans finished with pomegranate molasses )(V)

    Pudding

    • Chocolate and raspberry tart served with vanilla ice cream

    • Bakewell tart with seasonal fruit served with spiced cream

    • Passion fruit and coconut Panna cotta served with a lavender shortbread

    • Merengue with chai and spices infused pear, mascarpone cheese, chocolate and hazelnuts
