"We were lucky enough to have Vivi do the catering for our wedding party last month and our guests are still raving about her incredible paella! Vivi did 3 different versions - veggie, seafood and chicken & chorizo - so everyone was catered for beautifully. We were able to watch Vivi prepare and cook everything from scratch in the garden which really added to the atmosphere in the evening - the smell of the food was fantastic!

Later Vivi provided pulled pork baps with homemade apple sauce & rainbow coleslaw - the flavours were amazing and it was just what our guests needed after an evening of dancing! The whole team were so friendly and attentive - they did a great job of serving the food, managing the bar and generally looking after our guests so that we could just relax and have fun.

"We booked Vivi's Kitchen for a family party of 20 people for lunch for my Mum's 80th birthday. It was on a very hot, humid June day with temperatures up to 30 degrees. We had the most incredible buffet style luncheon, with absolutely delicious salmon, pulled pork, quiches, and so many lovely salads, and the food was demolished! The pièces de la résistance were definitely Vivi's desserts of dark chocolate torte, passionfruit cheesecake, and a sort of layered pavlova/Eton mess type dessert which was out of this world! Vivi and her team prepared everything for 2 to 3 hours before we ate, helped with drinks, service, and then cleared absolutely everything afterwards until the kitchen was spotless, and we had leftovers too!

I have worked with Viviana on a number of occasions over the years, as I make bespoke celebration cakes, and I have seen Vivi's Kitchen at work, and had the pleasure of trying some of her delicious cocktail foods, so I knew already that Vivi was the only person we could possibly need to cater for us, and I was absolutely correct. All our family who drove in from Cornwall, Telford, London and even flew in from Australia, remarked on how fantastic the food was, how lovely Vivi and Juliette were, and just how fantastically professional Vivi's Kitchen is.

I can honestly say, for any future events that we will need catered, only Vivi's Kitchen will do! Thank you so, so much, Vivi and Juliette, for helping make Mums 80th birthday so remarkably special!"
